We do not walk through probabilistic matching, canvas tricks, or “anonymous” device graphs. If a method needs a shadow identifier, it is out of syllabus.
Cohort 09 · remote from Stoughton
Api Layerhub is a teaching studio for Privacy-Safe Mobile Measurement. We write conversion-value maps, read SKAN postbacks, and keep modeled numbers honest when the identifier is gone.
Heard after week four
Week two on conversion values was slower than I wanted. I paused the recordings twice. After that, our SKAN totals sat within a few percent of Finance for the first time.
The “what we will not encode” exercise stopped us stuffing loyalty events into a six-bit field. Our MMP dashboard looks thinner. The weekly pack to the board is clearer.

Useful on postback copy and App Store privacy answers. Less useful if you hoped for a magic recovery of IDFA-era ROAS.
Flagship programme
Six modules on Apple’s postback window, conversion-value design, MMP versus first-party copies, and the limits of modeled conversions. Built for measurement leads who already ship an app, not for a first marketing course.
Informational fee: £1,280 for the live desk, £640 for the annotated notes. No checkout on this site.

Modeled conversions are treated as estimates with a stated error band. We show where they drift after a campaign mix change, not how to hide the drift.
Consent states, ATT prompts, and Android permission surfaces are mapped before any event fires. “Ship first, ask later” is not a module.
How a cohort actually runs
You bring a live event list. We strike anything that cannot survive a 6-bit conversion field or a coarse Android report.
Values are assigned in a shared sheet before anyone touches the MMP UI. Conflicts get named in the room.
We parse real (redacted) postbacks and write the copy your analyst will actually use on Monday.
A one-page measurement note for GB stakeholders: what you can claim, what you must qualify, what you will not forecast.
From the journal
How we phrase SKAN numbers so counsel in London does not send the pack back.
A grocery app’s model held in January and broke after a brand burst. The math was not the scandal; the silence was.
Where ATT, CMP strings, and MMP defaults disagree — and who owns the mismatch.
If it needs a conversion map, a postback glossary, and a UK-shaped privacy note, write to the studio.
